Recently a friend suggested that I include photos of people who have opened my shows. So, I will put some faces up and wait for any comments.

The reproduction of this photo is so bad I will have to replace it very soon. Who is it? It's world-famous author Colleen McCulloch and myself at her house on Norfolk Island. She just made me lunch and showed me the artwork that she made before she became a writer. The previous night she opened my solo show. Colleen was charming, intelligent and very generous.

Last year when I had a show in the Australian Consulate in New York it was the Consulate General, the Hon. John Olsen who opened it.

Yes, that is right- he was the Premier of South Australia.  

What a lovely man, he was very friendly, helpful and supportive.
