Wayne Edwards

This series of paintings were produced in wilderness areas in Tasmania, mainland Australia and East Africa. Essentially I lure native animals over pads of non-toxic ink then onto canvases, resulting in a unique and hopefully a facinating artform.

The creatures that I  work with range from tiny (but deadly) Jackjumper ants to African elephants.

Animals are not hurt in any way by the materials and processes employed..in fact a percentage of sales goes towards various animal conservation groups. Here is a small selection from the series. Please view the YESSY site for a wide selection.
